Head of Buying at Voisins Department Store

We are looking for a Head of Buying who will lead the overall product, brand and category offer of the store, ensuring that we invest in the right brands, products and categories to deliver strong sales, margin and stock performance, while keeping the store relevant and exciting for customers.  This role requires curiosity, commercial drive, initiative, ownership and the confidence to challenge. The Head of Buying will:
- Take a whole-store view
- Lead and develop the Buying team
- Control buying budgets and open-to-buy
- Ensure buying decisions are supported by data and commercial logic
- Manage overall stock performance through the Buyers and Merchandiser
- Drive new brands, products and categories
- Help shape the wider direction of the business
- Genuinely love fashion, brands and retail
- Have strong commercial and product judgement
- Be an experienced Leader and Buyer
