The Sundown is looking for a Head Chef

We are looking for an individual who can lead our kitchen. Working with a small team to deliver an outstanding product to our guests



Applicants need to have a a strong culinary background, relevant food hygiene certificates and be able to comply to a very high level with all local food laws and guidance



We operate the kitchen over 4 days only allowing the successful candidate to enjoy 3 days to themselves per week.



Work permits can be provided for the right individuals



Applicants should be currently working at a head chef level or at the position they are ready to step int this sort of role. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment to a high standard. They should have a creative flair and be looking to build on our reputation
