Head Chef at Royal Hotel St Martins

The Royal St Martin is recruiting for a Head Chef !!

The Royal St martin is a busy country pub in the heart of St Martins in Jersey. Serving a blend of Pub Classics and modern British dishes. The pub has a 70 cover restaurant , 2 bars and a popular function room. You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be used to managing PandL's within your department as well as managing a team of up to 5 chefs.

This job comes with Free Accommodation and you will be involved in the bonus scheme subject to meeting relevant KPI's.
