The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, achieving food GP targets, managing stock and purchasing, maintaining food safety standards, and developing a high-performing kitchen team. Working closely with management, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with HACCP and Health and Safety requirements, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Applicants should have previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, strong leadership skills, excellent food costing knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure.
