Head Chef at Le Braye Jersey Ltd

We are looking for an experienced and organised Head Chef for our busy beach bistro offering a casual good quality dining experience.. Exciting opportunity to come aboard at this point as we are refreshing the brand and menu under the guidance of Joe Baker chef (Petchi Restaurant and our Operations manager )to create a seasonal menu using local and Mediterranean ingredients.
The Head chef will be fully responsible for all kitchen operations .Must stay calm under pressure and cope with high volume covers in summer months . Must have valid driving licence and ideally based on island already.
