Head Chef at Hotel De Normandie

Hotel de Normandie is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Blake in King Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality and presentation standards, managing stock, controlling food costs, ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance, and leading, training and motivating the kitchen team. The ideal applicant will have previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience, strong leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must speak and understand English, provide a CV and references, and be eligible to work in Jersey.
