Habitat Specialist at Nurture Ecology Ltd

Seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as Habitat Specialists, delivering land management projects across the island.

Work includes habitat creation/restoration/maintenance, green construction (living/green walls, green roofs), invasive species control, and bespoke wildlife-focused projects. Tasks span various habitats, including vegetation management, fencing, footpaths, pond building and tree planting, using tools such as strimmers, brushcutters and chainsaws (experience preferred).

Requirements:
Outdoor/manual work experience
Physically fit
Work in all weather
Full driving licence
Passion for wildlife

Desirable: environmental degree or trade skills.

42.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri), flexi-hours, competitive salary, 20 days holiday + bank holidays. Training and progression opportunities.
