Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Guest Service Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences across our Front Office operations. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
As Guest Service Manager, you will act as a primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns, ensuring all issues are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will take ownership of complaints, driving prompt and effective resolutions while promoting a proactive and personalised approach to guest service.
A strong understanding of Front Office operations is essential. Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable and will support your ability to deliver operational excellence.
