Guest Experience Coordinator required to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable stay. Duties include handling reservations and enquiries, check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, supporting sales opportunities, maintaining guest safety, and completing administrative tasks accurately.
