Job Description
The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for enhancing guests' experience by ensuring they are seamlessly guided throughout various touchpoints of their stay. GEC's manage communication, oversee requests, and handle and resolve inquiries or complaints to ensure impeccable satisfaction.
Daily Duties vary from Check In's, Check Outs, Answering incoming calls, Attending and Actioning Reservation Requests, Managing online booking agencies.
Must be computer literate and have excellent email etiquette and grammar.
Have good numeracy skills, be able to send and interpret invoices and quotations.
Time Keeping and management is essential.
Comfortable with working shifts and have good working relationships with colleagues.
Must be guest and people orientated.
