Our client, a leading provider of Fund Admin, Private Client and Corporate Services, is seeking a Group Manager to oversee their service desk and team in the provision of first class service to the business.
The successful candidate will be a point of contact for all service desk analysts, and will be responsible for acting as escalation where necessary. You will be tasked with evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to improve service delivery, and will have involvement in various project initiatives across the organisation.
Applicants will need to have a minimum of five years experience in technology service delivery or support within the finance industry, and will need excellent people management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
