Our client is currently looking for a Group Enterprise Risk Senior Manager to be based in their Jersey office to continue the development of their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and support the embedding of a culture of risk management across the various Group entities.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Office & supporting senior stakeholders, Partners & Board Members across the business in delivering the ERM programme, leading and delivering an innovative governance, risk and compliance technology platform, collaborating with relevant assurance providers (Compliance Monitoring, ISO21001, Internal Audit).
You will have at least 5 years' industry experience & previous experience of acting in a senior risk role for a variety of entities is preferential. You will have exceptional knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance. Communication skills with the ability to manage demanding deadlines, be self-driven, confident and willing to take on responsibility with the ability to keep resilient under pressure. Strong client service mentality and have extensive technical skills in ERM. An in-depth knowledge of Legal, Fiduciary and Company Administration is preferential. You will have proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with internal and external clients through verbal and written formats. Process driven with proven diagnostic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
