The Group Company Secretary will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters for our client. This role will ensure that the company adheres to regulatory and statutory requirements, maintains high standards of corporate governance, and provides effective support to the Board of Directors, senior management, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience within a similar role, have strong knowledge of company secretary practices and Guernsey Company Law, as well as an understanding of corporate governance frameworks, statutory requirements, and corporate law.
