Ground Floor Team Member at Premier Inn

Be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests, helping them check in, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every stay is a great one. No two shifts are the same. You could be assisting families arriving for a holiday, serving breakfast, recommending local attractions, or helping guests with any questions during their stay.

What you'll do:
Welcome and check in guests
Serve breakfast, evening meals and bar drinks
Answer guest queries and resolve issues
Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking great
Support colleagues across the hotel as needed
Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure
