Grade 4 - Community Staff Nurse at Family Nursing and Home Care

Family Nursing and Home Care is a Jersey Charity.
Our ethos is to help islanders start well, live well and age well.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated staff nurse who is willing to extend their skills and practice
without direct supervision to join our nursing teams led by the District Nursing Team Leader
You will work across the island delivering high quality care to a diverse caseload with a range of
needs within a fast moving changing health care environment
Applicants must have excellent communication and assessment skills and be flexible as our
service operates 7 days a week from 08.30hrs -24.00hrs
