Job Description

Our client is seeking a Governance Systems Trainer to join their Global Operations team within Business Solutions. This full-time role focuses on developing and delivering systems training for Governance Services teams, ensuring employees are equipped with the technical knowledge to leverage systems effectively. Job Duties:

  • Develop and deliver system training for governance services teams
  • Create and manage training materials, courses, and system-guidance notes
  • Manage internal libraries of training materials and keep resources updated
  • Plan and organise training sessions for internal teams and external consultants
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure effective training delivery
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programmes and delivery methods
  • Support system upgrades and testing
  • Assist with continuous improvement of policies and procedures related to technology
  • Identify areas for process improvements and help implement changes
  • Communicate regularly with project and change management teams

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the trust and corporate services industry
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver training programmes
  • IT experience with industry applications and development, particularly Viewpoint
  • Strong understanding of technology-related solutions within the industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage training programmes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with strong personal management skills
  • Degree level education or relevant professional qualification
