Maison des Landes offers a unique opportunity for an exceptional general manager

Maison des Landes is the only hotel in the Channel Islands catering exclusively for people with disabilities and is currently undergoing major refurbishment which will enable the hotel to re-open in mid-2023.

Maison des Landes is a registered Jersey charity and the Trustees are looking to appoint a General Manager to lead the management team from 1 February 2023, recruiting the staff he or she needs to meet the Hotel’s requirements.

The new General Manager will have all the proven skills and be experienced in the complexity and functions of running a hotel with up to 45 guests with disabilities which from its opening will also incorporate a Community Hub catering daily for local guests who are either elderly or are disabled.

Thus we, the Trustees, are looking for someone special.

In return we are offering a very competitive salary package which includes in-house accommodation in a self-contained two bedroomed apartment and therefore offers the opportunity for a husband and wife/partners team where both could be part of the management structure.
