We are looking for an experienced and personable General manager who can be part of taking our business to the next level. The position is mainly operational with ca 20 percent of hours office based.
About the candidate - Must have a hands on approach and great people skills, lead the the team by example and with humour and kindness . Must have a genuine interest in good food and wine. Have excellent computer / technical skills , able to manage res diary , Planday etc. You must be able to drive.

We are a family run business based on St Ouen beach , we have recently undergone a little refurb and have a new kitchen team and menu overseen by our exec chef and son ( who also owns Petchi ) .
We cater for all ages and have busy summers offering delicious simple food in a casual dining environment
