General Manager at CafeJac - Arts Centre

As the current owner/manager is preparing to retire, we are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead Cafejac into its next chapter.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head Chef, Bar Manager, and a team of 16 dedicated, long-standing employees to ensure Cafejac continues to thrive as the successful business it has been for over 30 years.

This position requires a strong level of commitment and leadership; however, it also offers a degree of flexibility depending on how effectively the role is managed.
