SALT is a new restaurant, bar and takeaway overlooking St Brelade’s Bay, celebrating Jersey’s best local produce and warm hospitality. This role offers the chance to help shape a new venue from the start in one of the island’s most scenic locations.
The Role: We’re seeking a passionate General Manager with 2+ years experience to lead the opening and daily operations. You’ll drive excellent service, build a strong team culture and ensure solid financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and opening process
- Recruit, train and motivate staff
- Maintain high hospitality standards
- Manage budgets and financials
- Build supplier relationships
- Support marketing
Core Skills:
Budgeting, forecasting, PandL understanding
Stock management and negotiation
Ability to drive revenue
Good computer literacy
