General Maintenance Assistant/Handyman at Property Management Services

We have a vacancy for a general maintenance assistant/handyman to undertake a wide range of roles in connection with the maintenance and refurbishment of residential properties.
The post will involve assisting the maintenance team with repairs and undertaking small maintenance works and repairs as well as deliveries.
Assisting in large refurbishment works will also be part of the role.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually is essential.
This is a varied role and the willingness to be flexible is essential.
Own hand tools required.
Transport can be provided.
Part-time applicants will be considered.
