Job Description

Great role administering and providing secretarial services for established and new RE and PE Funds, undertaking projects and managing client relationships; organising take-on and set-up of new clients; organising board meetings for acquisition and disposal of investments, admitting new investors/amendments to fund documents;  attending meetings and completing minutes and resolutions; maintaining investor details and investor related documentation, performing calls and distributions, creating and maintaining client records and Fund Company investor registers/Limited Partner registers; daily cash management; becoming familiar with Limited Partnership Agreement and legal documents; dealing with year-end audit issues; reviewing profitability and identification of new products/billing opportunities on existing clients; helping prepare proposals/quotes; completion of KYC/AML policy; responsible for CDD, negotiation of terms, identification of scope and monitoring compliance; liaison with JFSC and other regulatory bodies; drafting infrastructure procedures; coach and mentor staff; manage performance review, objectives and workload; support recruitment.
Candidate will be familiar with banking and payment processes; billing and cash collection, formatting and systems; educated to at least ‘A’ level/equivalent; preferably hold/studying towards/willing to study towards ICSA Diploma/equivalent; ideally at least 5 years RE/PE/trust and company experience, preferably with exposure to corporate structures, SPV administration; Co Sec knowledge advantageous; proven people management experience; familiar with statutory requirements and corporate governance; profound understanding of PE and RE agreements and terms; position suited to commercial and technically minded individual; strong report writing, problem solving, communication, time management, organisation and presentation skills; familiar with regulatory KYC requirements; good team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
