Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to take ownership of client portfolio and be primary contact for administrative needs as well as proactive in staff management.  He/she will help interview new recruits and train junior staff; lead on client quarterly fee collections; undertake “B” signatory responsibilities; act as lead client contact; participate in service calls/KPI meetings and lead preparations for Board Meetings; assist with new business enquiries and client onboarding, including networking with key intermediaries; arrange regular team and one to one meetings; ensure staff adhere to policies and regulatory requirements; develop and maintain strong working relationships; be innovative with ideas for improvements; ensure team time recorded correctly onto time recording system weekly.
Previous management experience within a financial institution and ideally in a Private Equity Administrative department is required; ideally certificate in offshore administration or equivalent; educated to at least A Level standard; desirably degree educated; desirably hold professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA or ACA.
