Fund Services Manager

The successful candidate will provide support to the Director or other Senior Leaders as appropriate, on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained. To take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact for all administrative needs. To be proactive in the management of staff (through direct and indirect reports) to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole. To safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for a team and a book of clients
- Undertake “B” signatory or “A” if appropriate, responsibilities for the Company and provide cover to other sections when required
- Act as a lead client contact, chair service calls/KPI meetings, and lead preparations for Board Meetings
