Job Description
Exciting role opportunity managing busy team with varied experience levels and delivering exceptional co sec, admin and financial reporting services to client portfolio – which may include key clients - and taking ownership for client and intermediary relationships. Postholder will provide coaching and technical expertise; assist with meeting targets; supervision, mentoring and training of team; ensuring four-eye principle is consistently applied and high quality of client service standards maintained; oversee client corporate calendar; attend board and committee meetings and oversee production of quality minutes; oversee client audit process; manage working capital requirements including WIP, recoverability, billing, prompt fee collection, and staff productivity; maintain awareness of risks and clearly understand those risks involved in activities carried out; monitor team compliance with Policies and Procedures; keep up to date with current industry issues and developments; support future growth through business development activity.
Candidate will hold/be studying towards JFSC recognised qualification preferably ICSA/ACCA; broad understanding of wide range of fiduciary products and specific service offerings in corporate and fund services space; proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation; ability to demonstrate both compliance, risk and audit awareness; ability to present ideas in user-friendly, business-friendly and technical language; ability to use own initiative and effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast paced environment; exceptional communication, organisational, admin and customer service skills;ability to delegate, coach and mentor; attention to detail and accuracy; effective management of risk; meet CPD requirements.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
