Job Description

This is a great and varied role opportunity involving cash management and administration; payment processing; providing investor services team with the information to complete calls/distributions and register maintenance tasks/delivery of notice requests; manage bank accounts and perform daily reconciliations; provide bookkeepers and accountants with cash and non cash transactions; ensure treasury systems used to place fixed or FX deposits; produce and maintain client fund structure synopsis, client presentations, client contact sheets and team records/files; undertake assessments of fund structure; ensure SLAs adhered to; undertake co sec tasks such as preparing notices and back up, minutes and written resolutions; obtaining knowledge regarding administered structures to be able to answer queries; maintain share registers, directors and secretarial registers; filings following formation of new companies; follow up actions/decisions made by directors in board meetings; ensure CDD obtained and maintained; follow SAS70 procedures; ensuring Permit conditions attached to Funds are complied with along with the 7 Funds Services Business codes.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years PE/T&C experience; co sec and cash management an advantage; strong organisational and time management skills are essential; ability to work within a team; Company Secretarial, Private Equity Fund Administration and Cash Management experience; desirable to be familiar with regulatory KYC requirements; ability to use initiative and work independently; excellent communication and client relationship skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; educated to at least ‘A’ level/equivalent; preferably studying towards ICSA Professional/similar/willing to study for; Degree not essential but beneficial.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
