Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Funds team, ideally with relevant Funds or Corporate experience. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate. This is a busy and dynamic team, working with a large and significant client. You will be involved in managing various administrative tasks, providing a high level of support while ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios. Click here to read more.

 

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with your team to manage your client's portfolio, offering advice on internal processes.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by your manager or clients.
  • Become an expert in technical matters and share knowledge with your team.
  • Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments, and other required administrative duties.
  • Ensure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence.
  • Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintain client documents with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members.
  • Provide innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiency of daily tasks.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, teammates, and clients.
  • Drive personal development using all the resources available at the company to achieve success.
  • Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure correct invoicing.
  • Produce and submit all statutory returns.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Studying towards or considering a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP).
  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and use your own initiative.
  • Commitment and drive to achieve excellence for both yourself and your clients.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
