Fund Administrator

This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual working on varied projects and providing services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds, coordinating Co Sec duties, creating and maintaining investor register, maintaining investor documents, performing calls and distribtions, creating and maintaining client records, cash management, take-on and set-up of new clients, coordinating client secretarial and regulatory needs, coaching and mentoring staff, completing KYC/AML policy for new investors.  This is a position is best suited to a commercial yet technically minded individual educated to at least A Levels and with GCSE Mathematics and English, preferably completed/studying towards ICSA Diploma/similar; real estate/private equity/trust and comany experience, preferably with knowledge of corporate structures and SPV administraton; Co Sec knowledge a plus.
