Job Description

Our client are looking for a Fund Administrator to join a leading offshore service provider.

 

In this role the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of administration for a group of various corporate vehicles. This role will also include the production of high-quality materials and timely responses to client queries. In addition to, being responsible for client administration matters for each entity.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work as part of a team alongside directors, managers and administrators.
  • Responding to ad-hoc investor and client queries.
  • Liaising with lawyers, directors, auditors, other administrators and regulatory authorities in relation to ad hoc transactions.
