Fund Administrator

The postholder will be part of a team which has responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of closed-ended investment funds and related structures; the team comprises ten administrators / accountants. 
The candidate will utilise the skills and experience to ensure that all responsibilities for the smooth and efficient operation of these structures are discharged appropriately with particular emphasis on the timely and accurate production of all company secretarial and administration tasks and matters.
The portfolio comprises funds that invest in venture capital, private equity and fund of PE funds, and are managed by a small number of leading European investment managers.
