Working for a commercial business in Guernsey this role is to support the optimised delivery of fibre installations ensuring that resources meet demand. Maintain short-lead times for customers. Work across teams to support the efficient delivery of fibre services and liaise with internal colleagues and customers.
Main duties are to be the conduit between service provision and order management ensuring resources are scheduled to meet order demand. Responsible for managing engineer scheduling to maximise delivery and maintain short lead times for customers. Liaise with customers on any changes to appointment dates and times. Manage the installation bookings and calendar system to ensure resources available are correctly reflected.
To be eligible for this job you must have excellent communication and organisation skills. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite software and be a respected influencer amongst staff.
Ability to produce accurate, good quality work. Be goal focused and collaborative with good interpersonal skills and the drive and energy to get things done.
