Our client is seeking a Front of House / Operational Support to join their reception team on a full-time, permanent basis, working shift patterns 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm. Working alongside three other team members, the upbeat and professional candidate will complete a variety of duties including processing company credit card expenses and invoices, data inputting, front of house activity reporting and ensuring the adherence with the starter and leaver process. Additional duties include managing client suite rooms and the booking system, answering telephone, email and face-to-face queries, liaising with in-house catering on day to day orders for internal social events and liaising with event organisers from the business to ensure they understand the full range of options available to them.
