Job Description

Our client is seeking a Front of House Administrator to provide a welcoming, professional and effective front of house (i.e. client facing) reception and telephone service to clients, visitors and staff. They will undertake high quality, efficient administrative support to various Bank departments where required, provide ad-hoc assistance and cover for the Administrative Assistant, Senior Management, Facilities and Marketing as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with intermediate knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
