Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager at The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will oversee the entire Food and Beverage operation including the Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting departments, taking responsibility for ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
Managing, supporting and guiding our vibrant and diverse team to ensure they create magical memories for all of our guests, every time. Previous Food and Beverage management experience within a multi outlet 4/5 Star luxury Hotel is required for this role.
Experienced in effectively managing large scale conferences, banqueting events and weddings.
Having excellent knowledge of wine, where you are confident to offer wine pairings. A competitive salary package plus a share of service charge. Full time role.
