A rare opportunity for an experienced fitness professional to step into a leadership role at Healthhaus.

We’re looking for a proactive, forward-thinking professional with strong leadership, people management and communication skills, committed to excellence and exceptional member experience.

You’ll oversee our fitness offering, including our exclusive MILON suite, and work alongside our Medical Referral Manager to support our growing Medical Referral programme. You’ll lead and develop the fitness team, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure outstanding customer service.

Essential:
• 3+ years’ relevant fitness industry experience
• Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Proactive, organisation skills
