Fitness Manager – Fitness First (Jersey)
Lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional fitness experience at Fitness First. As Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Group Exercise Instructors, ensuring an engaging, results-driven environment. You’ll recruit, develop, and support four Hybrid PTs, conduct weekly reviews, and drive member engagement through onboarding, gym floor interaction, and delivery of Fitness First’s signature products. Deliver at least 3 of 15+ weekly classes, maintain top equipment standards, and ensure operational excellence. As Duty Manager, you’ll uphold outstanding service, safety, and cleanliness.
