Fitness Experience Administrator (Fitness First J at Fitness First Jersey Ltd.

What you’ll do
Welcome and connect with members and guests make it personal (and fast)
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified. Be able to deliver top-notch class sessions (on time, high energy). Minimum: 10 classes per week (pro-rata if part-time)Teach Fitness First classes + signature products, and guide people using them confidently Handle feedback (compliments, queries, complaints) and escalate when needed Support the club day-to-day: tours, sales support, gym-floor engagement, and team cover when required Use the Members First system to stay proactive with retention (including outreach to grow memberships)
Keep the gym safe and spotless: studios, gym floors, wet areas, changing rooms, equipment Complete daily health and safety checks and record everything accurately Key holder duties: follow opening/closing procedures on rota Attend training and learn signature products
