Financial Controller at Carey Olsen

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller in our Jersey office on a six month fixed term contract basis.

Principal duties include:
Preparation of annual financial statements for all entities in the group and liaise with auditors as required
Manage the preparation of tax computations in conjunction with tax advisors
Develop an understanding of the local reporting requirements and rules in each jurisdiction
Oversight of client monies policies and procedures ensuring compliance
Responsibility for bank and balance sheet reconciliations, liaising with the group functions and jurisdictional finance teams

Applications are welcomed from fully qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post qualification experience and experience of tax reporting including tax computation preparation, WHT calculations and disclosures, GST and VAT analysis and reporting.
