If you are someone who understands the financial and legal requirements of a Jersey company, has a good eye for detail, wants to learn, likes to make sure that everything is structured and can confidently work towards deadlines, then this opportunity is definitely for you! Duties include arranging travel, assisting with financial administration such as management of petty cash, communication to banks, capturing supplier invoices, etc. and carrying out general administration tasks such as drafting the input for the staff meeting presentations. The ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard, have 5+ years' experience in a financial administrative role and strong capability with regards to Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
