Finance Director at Roberts Garages Ltd

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead the Finance Division and play a pivotal role at Board level. This is a highly operational role, suited to an experienced Finance Director or a Financial Controller ready to step up who enjoys being close to the detail while driving strategic outcomes. You will personally lead management accounts, statutory reporting and budgeting, take ownership of financial planning, controls, governance and risk, and work closely with Operations to influence performance. The role requires visible leadership across the finance function, delivery of clear and commercial Board reporting, hands-on involvement in efficiencies and finance projects, and the development of a high-performing team. Applicants must be a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen, Board-level credibility and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach.
