Finance Controller

8 month fixed term contract responsible for financial reporting, taxation, financial systems, policies, procedures, controls and management and consolidation of financial information.  Postholder will lead statutory financial compliance including audits; manage and develop financial systems including structure, set ups and controls in conjunction with Head Office; manage working capital; lead project work; report to Finance Director and manage team; establish and maintain key relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks and consultants; oversight of financial reporting, taxation, financial systems and policies.
Candidate will be qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA qualified) with experience of PQE; experience of managing a team; be commercially astute, strategic thinker with sound judgement; excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills; team player with strong general management and leadership skills; effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
