As Finance Manager, you will oversee all core administrative and accounting processes, lead the finance team, and take responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective financial controls. You will also play an active role at board level, ensuring the business operates in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, while promoting a strong culture of compliance across the organisation. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with a professional and confidential approach and proven experience at a senior management level. A strong financial mindset is required, together with a relevant ACA or ACCA qualification.
