Job Description
Finance and Administration Officer required to join a small professional team following the retirement of the current postholder. This varied role combines finance and office administration responsibilities, including double-entry bookkeeping, managing accounts using QuickBooks Online, processing monthly payroll, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, email correspondence, document preparation and meeting minutes. Applicants must have a recognised accounting qualification (AAT/CAT or equivalent), experience with QuickBooks Online, strong knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Minimum 5 years’ Jersey residency required.
