Location: All Pets Veterinary Practice, St Peter’s, Jersey
Salary: £20.00 per hour
Part-Time: 20 or 25 Hours per Week

All Pets Veterinary Practice is a well-established, independently owned clinic in the heart of St Peter’s village. We’re a small, friendly team dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets and small animals. We’re now looking for a Finance Administrator to join us and support the financial operations of our busy practice.
🐾 What You’ll Do
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits
- Prepare and submit GST, CER, and ITIS returns
- Produce monthly financial reports for the Directors
- Manage petty cash, banking, and card payments
- Maintain financial records using Xero (preferred)
- Provide basic HR administrative support
- Use Office 365 and our practice management system
🐾 What You Bring
- Experience in finance administration or bookkeeping
- Confidence using Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- A sharp eye for detail and a discreet, professional approach
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
- A genuine love for animals and comfort in a veterinary setting
