Job Description

This is a fantastic new permanent opportunity for a Finance Administrator where you will have day to day responsibility for compliance with policies, procedures and controls in all areas of financial administration for the firm's Global entities ensuring high levels of client service (internal and external) at all times. Duties will include responding to miscellaneous queries from client facing teams and third parties within 24 hours and processing of invoice queries, including timely and accurate invoice reversal as well as write off of WIP and debt. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working in a Finance Operations team, basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and a team ethos attitude.
