Our client, one of the most respected local fiduciary services provider is seeking a file review manager to join its Operations team in its St Helier office.
The role holder will amongst other things ensure consistent standards of file reviews are applied across all service lines and provide regular business review and information to all local boards and managements teams as appropriate. Support Compliance in the development of monitoring plans, the collation of management information to support those plans and the implementation of compliance monitoring specific review topics.
You will be accessible and approachable to all team members and internal clients, offering guidance and development where required and assist with any training needs.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold ICSA/STEP diploma, five+ years relevant experience within fiduciary services, effective communicator and strong relationship management skills. Committed and driven to achieve excellence. Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. You will have a good knowledge of the regulatory requirements affecting TCB/FSB with a sound business judgement and the ability to assess risk.
Please note that five years' residency in Jersey will be required for this role.
