Family Support Worker at Family First

Family First is looking for a compassionate, organised Family Support Worker to provide practical, emotional and advocacy support to families in Jersey whose children require off-island medical or mental health treatment.

You’ll be a consistent point of contact for families, helping them navigate services, access charitable funding and feel supported throughout their child’s care journey. The role involves multi-agency working, safeguarding awareness and maintaining clear, confidential records.

Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Working with Parents (or equivalent)

Experience supporting children and families

Strong safeguarding knowledge

Excellent communication and organisational skills
