Our client is a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting and fund administration services. They are seeking a Facilities and Reception Assistant to join our client's Operations team, on a permanent part-time basis. You will support the wider business, whilst acting as the first point of contact for the firm's clients, staff, and visitors. Duties will include processing the post, scanning, filing, assisting with data inputting and providing switchboard cover. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high level of organisational and prioritisation skills as well as a positive approach to work.
