Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to undertake facilities supervision and management reception and external contractors, maximising office space by reviewing plans, coordinating with teams, reorganising and physically moving office equipment and supplies; dealing with mail and archiving; maintaining  premises including reporting faults, unsafe practices and undertaking basic remedial work; monitoring building security; provide effective front of office service, operating switchboard system and managing meeting room calendar of bookings; undertaking business continuity preparedness and Fire evacuation drills; keeping electronic registers up to date; helping organise regular testing of process; drafting policy. 
Previous experience in facilities, Health and Safety and customer service is desirable; proficiency in MS Office products is required; must be team player; professional and customer focused; excellent interpersonal skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.  Some out of hours work may be necessary.
