We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Assistant / Receptionist to join a company, trust and fund administration provider in Jersey. This role is available from 13:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Reception providing a professional and friendly image for the business and its clients
- Effective management of in-coming telephone lines
- Maintaining and updating the office business / training calendar
- Booking and set-up of meeting rooms for client meetings and training events and provide refreshments
- Organising business recycling; e.g. printer cartridges, recycling bins for plastics, tin cans, paper and cardboard as well as the business shredding system
